Rules

The following conventions have been set to enforce a consistent look across the documentation pages.

Outline (header levels)

I use the following markup for defining heading levels:

• equal sign (=) for page titles. This is a <h1>

• minus sign (-) for sections in pages. This translates to <h2>

• Dot (.) for subsections. This translates to <h3>

• Asterisk (*) for sub-subsections. Translates to <h4>
